Job summary

Five Star Breaktime Solutions is seeking an RFS Service Technician to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair commercial coffee, water, and refreshment equipment at customer sites. You will also stock supplies and ensure equipment remains clean and ready for operation.

Ideal candidates are mechanically inclined, enjoy working independently, and build strong relationships with clients while delivering outstanding customer service. Valid driver's license and ability to lift 75 lb are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Must consent to a drug screen and pre-employment background check.
• Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds regularly.
• Ability to lift, bend, stoop, kneel, and reach throughout the workday.
• Must be at least 21 years old to meet DOT requirements.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair beverage equipment at client sites.
• Perform preventative maintenance and routine inspections for optimal performance.
• Diagnose malfunctions and replace defective components.
• Deliver and stock coffee, water, condiments, cups, and related items at locations.
• Rotate inventory using FIFO and remove expired products.
• Maintain inventory on vehicles and in parts stock.
• Complete service calls and paperwork using company systems.
• Respond promptly to requests and resolve equipment issues to strengthen relationships.
• Keep company vehicle clean and conduct daily inspections.
• Follow safety policies, DOT regulations, and food safety standards.
• Communicate equipment concerns and inventory needs to management.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
