Job summary

Five Star Breaktime Solutions is seeking a Service Technician to perform preventative maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting on vending and breaktime equipment at customer locations. This role suits a mechanically inclined technician who values safety, accuracy, and strong customer relationships.

You will inspect and diagnose malfunctions, dismantle machines as needed, maintain parts inventory, and ensure all work complies with safety and DOT regulations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license with clean record.
• Willing to take a drug screen and background check.
• Ability to lift up to 100 pounds and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and complex maintenance, repairs, and cleaning on vending and breaktime equipment at customer locations.
• Inspect equipment to diagnose malfunctions and determine root causes.
• Dismantle machines to access and repair problem areas.
• Maintain inventory of machine parts on service vehicle and in the warehouse.
• Deliver excellent customer service and communicate with client-site staff.
• Ensure safety policies and DOT regulations are followed.
