Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• ASMET certification or equivalent preferred.
• Basic training in electrical theory and technologies.
• Familiarity with electrical/electronic test equipment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with start-up, commissioning, integration, emergency service and troubleshooting of Vertiv 480VAC bus duct systems (iMPB, HPB, TOB).
• Establish and maintain rapport with customers, co-workers and sales representatives.
• Evaluate operating conditions of equipment and interact with all levels of customers.
• Manage own schedule and respond to emergency calls.
• Aim for first-time fixes and provide timely reporting of timecards and expenses.
• Ensure safety policies, procedures and laws are followed.
