A leading equipment service provider in the United States is seeking a Diagnostic Analyst to travel for equipment startups and customer meetings. The ideal candidate will have experience in heavy equipment maintenance, particularly construction and diesel engines. This role focuses on diagnostics rather than direct repairs, requiring the ability to educate customers on equipment maintenance. Comprehensive training will be provided. Travel is essential for this position.

Duties & Responsibilities Include:

Will be based out of the local office and will be traveling throughout the country as needed for equipment startups, demos, and various customer meetings. Should have a good understanding of heavy equipment. This position is not necessarily going to directly repair the equipment; they will be more of a diagnostic analyst, troubleshooter for machine operators. They will educate customers on how to maintain the equipment. There will be almost 2 years of training by the current rep on how to handle the troubleshooting and warranty filing needs.

REQ: Heavy equipment/Capital Equipment maintenance experience with the willingness to travel. Ideally construction equipment experience, diesel engine experience, and hydraulics experience.
