Clean Harbors in Fort Wayne, IN is seeking a Field Service Supervisor to lead and coordinate daily operations of the service line crew, ensuring equipment readiness and safe, efficient field execution.

This role requires attendance at our two-week Academy training out of state, with training expenses covered and paid by the company. The position offers comprehensive benefits, opportunity for growth, and competitive pay in the $28-32+ per hour range.

Qualifications

• Experience in environmental field service operations or similar.
• Ability to travel overnight up to 2-4 nights per month.
• Ability to be on-call for emergency response situations.
• Interact with clients and management effectively.
• Strong ability to manage and review job documentation.

Responsibilities

• Ensure Health and Safety is the #1 priority by following safe work practices, policies, and processes and always acting in a safe manner.
• Read work order and ensure required equipment is available and operational prior to starting jobs.
• Inspect equipment and general work area prior to starting any job.
• Correct deficiencies that may cause accidents, injuries, lost productivity or damage to equipment or that are inconsistent with client\'s requirements.
• Communicate and perform preventative and corrective maintenance on equipment when required.
• Complete all appropriate paperwork including service receipts and submit to management.
• Train Technicians I and II in equipment operation and service line processes.
• Operate all necessary equipment in service line in accordance with training and safety procedures.
• Lead safety meetings and ensure HPC safety policies are followed.
• Instruct and direct crew to complete work per client requirements and company policies.
