Job summary

Two-week Academy training out of state is required and paid by the company. The role emphasizes safety, client requirements, and effective crew leadership, with a pay range of $25+ per hour and comprehensive

Qualifications

• Experience leading field service teams in environmental or industrial settings.
• Ability to travel overnight up to 2-4 nights per month.
• Strong safety awareness and incident reporting discipline.

Responsibilities

• Plan, lead, organize and coordinate daily service-line operations.
• Ensure equipment operation and documentation are completed on time.
• Train Technicians I and II in equipment operation and processes.
