Job summary

Clean Harbors in Tualatin, OR is seeking a Field Service Supervisor to plan, lead, organize and coordinate the daily operations of the service line crew. This includes responsibility over proper operation of equipment, driving operational efficiencies at the work site and ensuring accurate documentation related to the job is completed in a timely fashion.

Qualifications

• Experience in environmental field service or related industries.
• Willingness to travel up to 2-4 nights per month.
• On-call for emergency response.
• Ability to interface with clients and management.
• Ability to supervise crew and manage documentation.

Responsibilities

• Plan and lead daily service line operations.
• Ensure equipment is operational and safe.
• Train technicians I and II.
• Complete service paperwork on time.
• Lead safety meetings and follow HPC safety policies.
• Maintain housekeeping and follow client requirements.
• Operate vehicles per DOT and regulations.
• Be on-call for emergencies as needed.
