Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
• 5+ years of relevant experience; 3+ years with advanced degree.
• Proven experience leading field engineering/technical teams.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with government programs, compliance, and OCONUS operations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise deployed Field Service Representatives (FSRs) and manage daily activities.
• Set and track daily operational goals and ensure program compliance.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and serve as the on-site customer liaison.
• Deliver status reports to management and government customers.
• Manage project documents, property, and inventory per guidelines.
• Coordinate deployment logistics for operations theater.
