Job summary

Leidos Inc. is seeking a Field Service Representative with an active SECRET clearance to support maintenance and operation of a new system at Forward Operating Bases (FOB) in multiple locations. The FE will train end users, develop SOPs, and serve as on-site liaison with Army personnel.

The role involves field engineering, technical support, and the creation of SOPs for end users. It requires travel and extended deployments, with shifts and responsibilities defined for CONUS/OCONUS environments.

Qualifications

Active SECRET clearance required.
Perform maintenance and training at FOBs; develop SOPs for end users.

Responsibilities

Provide technical support including troubleshooting and repairs of the system.
Train end users and develop SOPs for field use.
Coordinate with OEM and report failures for CSR records.
Prepare systems for operation and perform software loading and checks.
Provide on-site technical support to military units.
Travel to CONUS/OCONUS locations as required.
Maintain field-level proficiency on LIDS systems and logistics processes.
Assist in fielding and acceptance of systems into theater and related documentation.
