Job summary

Ascentek in Minneapolis, MN is seeking a Field Service Supervisor to lead Lift Technicians and ES Service Technicians in field service, installation, inspection, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair activities at customer locations.

You will coach teams, coordinate schedules, provide technical guidance, and drive safety and service excellence across the ES operations, partnering with internal teams and customers to meet commitments and improve processes.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Current Lift Technician Certification or ability to obtain certification; ES or manufacturer certifications preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of field service experience including troubleshooting, installing, maintaining, or repairing lift equipment.
• Experience leading, training, or mentoring technicians in field service or installation environments.
• Experience working directly with customers in a field service environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead Lift Technicians and ES Service Technicians in daily field service, installation, inspection, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair activities.
• Schedule and coordinate ES field service work to ensure customer commitments and department goals are achieved.
• Provide and coordinate technical guidance and troubleshooting support for complex lift equipment and ES service issues.
• Promote and enforce safe work practices across all field service activities and ensure compliance with safety policies.
• Build strong customer relationships by responding to escalated ES service concerns and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
