Job summary

AquaSmart is seeking a Field Technician II to support field operations across equipment, PLCs, VFDs, HMIs, and electrical systems. Two technicians will be recruited to provide complementary coverage and ensure continuous operation on site.

The role requires travel to various locations with a 2 weeks on / 1 week off schedule. CDL Class A is preferred; a high school diploma or equivalent is required and relevant technical certifications are a plus.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old and able to operate company vehicles.
• Read, speak, and write English.
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Learn to motivate team members and direct task execution.
• Observe crew performance and provide constructive feedback.
• Create and manage crew schedules and coordinate with departments.
• Interact with customers professionally and address inquiries.
• Operate equipment safely and perform routine maintenance.
