SOFFA Electric, a well-established systems integration firm with over 50 years of experience, is seeking a Field Service Technician II that can independently perform mid-level field tasks such as troubleshooting, calibration, instrumentation work, and PLC/SCADA support in water and wastewater facilities. Provides technical assistance and mentors Level 1 technicians.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
EDUCATION, CERTIFICATION, SKILLS AND/OR ABILITIES REQUIRED
Experience: 2–5 years of field experience in controls or instrumentation.
Degree: Associate degree in Instrumentation, Electrical Technology, or related discipline.
Certification(s) Required or Must obtain within 3 months: OSHA 30-Hour General Industry Certification, NFPA 70E Arc Flash Certification, Confined Space Entry Certification, Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) Certification, TWIC Card (if required by client site).
