Job summary

AquaSmart Oil and Gas, LLC Marshall, Texas seeks an energetic Service Supervisor in Training to support field operations, learn crew leadership, and ensure safe, efficient equipment handling on site. The role covers mechanical and electronic systems, with travel to multiple locations and a 2 weeks on/1 week off schedule.

Ideal candidates are 21+, with English fluency, a HS diploma, and willingness to learn in a dynamic oilfield environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Able to read, speak, and write English.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Technical certifications or coursework is a plus.
• Able to work under stressful conditions at times.
• Willing to travel and work in different environments.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• CDL Class A preferred.
• Fracking-related equipment operation/maintenance experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Learn to motivate team members and direct task execution.
• Observe crew performance and provide feedback.
• Develop and manage crew schedules across departments.
• Serve as customer contact and address inquiries professionally.
• Ensure safety protocols and participate in safety meetings.
• Operate equipment safely and support maintenance tasks.
• Travel to various locations and work on a 2 weeks on/1 week off schedule.
• Assist management with learning and development initiatives.
