Job summary

AquaSmart Oil and Gas, LLC in Midland, Texas, is seeking a Service Supervisor in Training to grow into a field leadership role on our site. You will gain hands-on experience with mechanical systems, fluid handling, PLCs, VFDs, HMIs, and industrial electrical systems.

The position emphasizes safety, teamwork, and customer service while you learn to optimize crew schedules and on-site operations. Travel to multiple locations is required and a 2 weeks on / 1 week off cycle is expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must be able to read, speak, and write English.
• Prior frac operations or field mechanical/electrical experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Learn to motivate team members and manage crew schedules.
• Serve as a customer contact and address inquiries professionally.
• Operate and maintain equipment, performing routine inspections and safety tasks.
• Travel to various locations, with a 2 weeks on / 1 week off schedule.
• Promote safety and coordinate with other departments for efficient operations.
