Job summary

Wesco is seeking a Supervisor - Field Service to lead and execute day-to-day operations for service technicians in Texas. You will manage projects, coordinate teams, schedule resources, and ensure on-time completion under customer contracts.

The role requires heavy equipment operation, field mobility, and strong safety oversight. Responsibilities include directing field supervisors, liaising with stakeholders, tracking milestones, and delivering progress reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in business required.
• Forklift certified; OSHA 10 and OSHA 30 certification preferred.
• 3–5 years of heavy equipment operation ( forklift certified ).
• 3–5 years of supervision experience in a construction environment.

Responsibilities

• Directs and manages project development from beginning to end according to the customer contract.
• Provides daily direction to Field Service Supervisors to ensure timely completion of projects.
• Liaises with project stakeholders on an ongoing basis. Directs customer interaction.
• Set and continually manages project expectations with team members and other stakeholders.
• Tracks project milestones and deliverables. Develops and delivers progress reports, proposals, and requirements documentation.
• Proactively manages changes in project scope, identifies potential crises, and devise contingency plans.
• Inspects work progress, equipment, or construction sites to verify safety or to ensures all specifications are met.
• Ensures safe working environment at all times and follows appropriate safety regulations.
• Completes monthly safety reporting.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
