As the Field Service Supervisor, you will lead a diverse team to achieve annual business goals for revenue & gross profit, aligning with regional and global services strategies. Coordinate planning, scheduling, and prioritization for all field repairs while maintaining contractual commitments under service agreements. Utilize KPIs to monitor FSE utilization and productivity, and collaborate with the TAC team and product company to focus on FSE training activities that facilitate growth to meet customer support and business needs.
Regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts and outdoor weather conditions. Frequently exposed to fumes or airborne particles. Occasionally exposed to high places, chemicals, electrical shock risks, and vibration. The environment is usually loud. Employees must sit, stand, walk, climb stairs, and communicate effectively. Occasional lifting up to 25 pounds is required. Frequent computer use with specific vision requirements. Travel up to 30%, often overnight or multiple days.
Geographical scope: Domestic, regional, and some international. Interaction with teams, customers, and internal departments. Internal factors include team dynamics, resource availability, policies, leadership support, and training opportunities. External factors encompass customer expectations, industry competition, regulations, technological advancements, weather, and physical conditions. Work cycle involves workload planning, KPI monitoring, and profitability analysis.
People reporting: 8. Services include support for installed base, system commissioning, technical support, and collaboration with sales and admin teams.
Two-year technical degree or 5+ years supervisory experience. 5+ years working with technical products. Self-motivated, results-driven. Strong data analysis, MS Office, SAP skills, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to travel up to 30%.

Location-based pay ranges from $68,640 to $102,880 in Illinois.
