Position Summary

Handled Commercial Services delivers commercial cleaning and facility services with local crews, one point of contact, and compliance-trained staff, so our clients do not have to think about it. We service offices, medical and healthcare facilities, warehouses and distribution centers, manufacturing plants, schools, retail and hospitality spaces, fitness centers, data centers, and property management portfolios.

We are hiring a full-time Field Service Supervisor based in Arkansas to manage and support our cleaning crews across multiple jobsites throughout the state and surrounding states to ensure quality service delivery, operational efficiency, safety compliance, and customer satisfaction. This role serves as the primary field leader, overseeing crew performance, labor tracking, supply management, and on-site cleaning operations when needed.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct cleaning crews at customer jobsites
• Train, coach, and develop crew members on cleaning procedures, safety standards, and company policies
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor crew member performance and quality of work, including quality control inspections
• Maintain positive employee morale and promote a team-oriented work environment
• Track and verify temporary worker hours
• Submit accurate temporary staffing records within established deadlines
• Monitor labor utilization and productivity across assigned jobsites
• Ensure all cleaning services are completed according to company standards and customer expectations
• Ensure every shift is documented in digital shift logs with time-stamped entries, photos, and supervisor sign-off
• Serve as an on-site point of contact for clients, respond promptly to service requests, and partner with account managers to resolve issues
• Coordinate and monitor out-of-town project travel arrangements when needed
• Monitor vehicle usage and fuel expenses to ensure cost-effective operations
• Maintain accurate travel and expense documentation
• Monitor cleaning chemical, equipment, and supply usage at assigned jobsites
• Maintain inventory records and submit supply requests as needed
• Ensure crews properly use and store cleaning materials and equipment
• Ensure compliance with all company safety policies, OSHA regulations, and client site-specific requirements, including infection control protocols in medical and healthcare facilities
• Conduct onsite safety meetings and reinforce safe work practices
• Report workplace incidents and assist with investigations when necessary
• Maintain required documentation related to safety, training, and compliance

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience in commercial cleaning, janitorial services, facilities management, or a related field
• Proven experience managing multiple employees and jobsites
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and overnight shifts as business needs require
• Knowledge of commercial cleaning equipment, chemicals, and industry best practices
• Strong organizational and inventory control skills
• Ability to safely operate company vehicles and travel regularly between jobsites
• Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record in accordance with company insurance and vehicle policies
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and mobile workforce management and digital shift-logging systems

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and lift up to 50 pounds regularly
• Ability to drive to multiple jobsites throughout the workday
• Ability to travel as work requires both in and out of surrounding states
• Ability to perform cleaning duties alongside crew members as necessary
• Ability to work in a range of environments, including warehouse, industrial, post-construction sites, and outdoors, with exposure to dust, cleaning chemicals, and varying temperatures and weather.
