Job Summary

The Field Service Supervisor leads our talented team of Field Service Technicians in getting our customers back to work. As a Field Service Supervisor, you will manage the day-to-day operations of the Field Service Department, communicate with customers, and lead the service staff. You will also be involved in developing and training technicians and reviewing processes to ensure efficient and effective service delivery. Qualifications

• A High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Prior industry knowledge of the products and a technical background are essential.
• Some supervisory experience is required.
