• Under supervision, repair variable speed drives and troubleshoot downhole at client sites.
• Conduct well analysis and troubleshoot surface and downhole equipment.
• Suggest design improvements to maximize VSD performance and life.
• Repair VSDs, surface sensor equipment and communications gear.
• Train other technicians in drive setup and minor repairs.
• Maintain all required paperwork on service reports and tickets.
• Ensure compliance with Health, Safety and Environmental regulations.
• Promote quality improvement processes.
• Assist in supervising others and provide basic training.
