Job summary

Vault Pressure Control is seeking a Field Service Technician to perform installation, service, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of surface wellhead systems. The role requires 24-hour on-call availability, travel to customer sites, and working from a home-based workshop with occasional hands-on shop duties.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of field service experience, a valid US driver's license, and strong mechanical, electronic, and hydraulic knowledge.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years field service tech experience.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Current valid driver’s license.
• Experience with mechanical, electronic and hydraulic systems is valued.
• Surface Wellhead installation/repair experience is a plus.
• Technical, vocational, or military training is beneficial.
• Strong customer service and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Field service, assembly, and repair of Vault Pressure Control equipment.
• Plan and coordinate with installing equipment and investigate customer reports.
• Provide field service on a 24-hour on-call basis for existing and new customers.
• Work primarily from a home-based workshop with travel to customer locations.
• Install new products and conduct repairs with minimal customer downtime.
• Handle customer complaints professionally and document procedures and parts.
• Maintain communication with Company Representatives on procedures and spare parts.
