Job summary

Teleguam Holdings LLC dba GTA is seeking a Service Solutions Technician I to perform service delivery and repairs for customers. You will work under varying weather conditions, using hand and power tools, diagnostic equipment, and standard trade methods to install, maintain, and repair POTS, fiber, and wireless home internet systems.

The role requires a high school diploma, a valid driver’s license, basic electrical knowledge, and the ability to obtain passes for sensitive installations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Six months of experience in installation, maintenance, and repair of POTS, internet, digital TV service and associated equipment.
• Current, valid driver's license maintained throughout employment.
• Basic understanding of electricity.
• Ability to obtain and maintain special passes for military, airport, and other installations as business needs require.
• MS Office proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); basic office computer skills.
• Ability to apply standard trades methods, procedures, tools, materials, and equipment for POTS, Fiber, Wireless Home Internet and comparable systems installation, maintenance, and repair.
• Ability to identify differences in wire and color codes.

Responsibilities

• Provide Service Delivery (installs) and Service Assurance (repairs) to customers daily.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues under pressure and in various weather conditions.
• Communicate effectively with customers and team members.
• Follow safety and procedural guidelines on every job.
