Job summary

AM General is seeking a Field Service Representative to support global customers with hands-on maintenance and diagnostic expertise on JLTV and HMMWV systems. You will serve as a subject matter expert, deliver detailed service reports, and coordinate with engineering and quality teams to resolve issues.

The role requires extensive travel (CONUS/OCONUS), strong communication, and the ability to work independently while supporting training and field service activities across various sites.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Automotive vocational degree or five-year automotive technical experience required.
• ASE Certifications a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Subject Matter Expert on automotive systems including JLTV and HMMWV, with technical information, tooling, and maintenance procedures to support customers worldwide.
• Provide field service support to meet contract requirements both short- and long-term.
• Prepare highly detailed field service reports outlining program status, deficiencies, and repairs.
