Job summary

AeroVironment, Inc. is seeking a Field Service Representative Site Lead to supervise on-site operations for MUAS Jump20 and other programs. You will manage daily activities, coordinate flight schedules, and ensure compliance with safety, COMSEC, and quality standards at deployed sites.

Extensive OCONUS travel and 5-month deployment rotations are involved. A strong background in unmanned systems, leadership, and military dynamics is required, with FAA medical certification eligibility and U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or 5 years past experience in manned and/or unmanned aviation.
• Experience planning and leading operations in a supervisory role.
• Knowledge of military organizational dynamics.
• Demonstrated leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations on site, including COMSEC and safety programs.
• Mentor and evaluate FSRs; manage inventory and GFP/HVA.
• Schedule flights to meet mission objectives and maintain flight discipline.
• Serve as primary point of contact with customer and provide site briefings.
