Job description

Position Summary:
  • Coordinates the dispatch and related technical communications activities for Manufacturer Services.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Process incoming requests via email or phone, ensuring courteous, timely and effective resolutions of incidents
  • Assign and dispatch appropriate technician to respond. Relay instructions, orders and information required to complete request.
  • Create and maintain Work Orders with a high level of accuracy
  • Immediately escalate questions and issues to experienced Dispatchers / Supervisor
  • Log changes in technician status (vacation and availability)
  • Meet or exceed individual performance measures against department goals and standards
  • Work under direction of Supervisor or higher-level Dispatchers to prioritize and Dispatch incoming calls / e-mails
  • Work with minimal supervision to prioritize and Dispatch incoming calls / e-mails
  • Assist in creation and edit processes, documentation and reporting used for dispatching technicians
  • Reach across departments to resolve Technician scheduling conflicts
Required Experience:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 2 years call center customer care experience, but 5 or more years is preferable.
  • Proven knowledge of Agiliti services and Technicians.
Required Skills & Abilities:
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize work with minimal supervision
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Able to solve problems quickly to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Skills in time management, organization and conflict resolution
  • Flexibility in work schedule to meet department needs
  • Ownership in projects/problems
  • Goal-oriented
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Computer skills, including some experience with MS Office Suite and electronic ERP system

Pay Range for All Locations Listed:

$17.09 - $26.33

This range represents the low and high ends of the Agiliti pay range for this position. This base pay range information is based on the market locations shown. For sales positions, this range combines the base salary and the target incentive pay. The actual pay offered may vary depending on several factors including geographic location, experience, job-related knowledge, skills, and related factors.
