Veolia is seeking an experienced Field Service Representative to deliver on-site technical service as the primary liaison between Veolia and industrial customers in the Wichita, KS area. You will install, maintain, and troubleshoot chemical feed equipment and water treatment systems, building lasting customer relationships through technical excellence.

The role involves site visits Monday through Friday with a focus on installation, testing, analysis, and remote/on-site issue resolution.

Qualificações

• Technical degree or diploma in Electrical, Electronic Technology, Instrumentation, Mechanical Engineering, or related discipline preferred
• 2–5 years of instrumentation & electronics experience or equivalent technical training
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel are required

Responsabilidades

• Install, commission, and service chemical feed equipment, pumps, controllers, and instrumentation systems at customer locations
• Obtain samples and perform water testing (pH, conductivity, hardness, silica, PTSA) and enter data into Veolia’s Insight platform
• Provide expert recommendations, training, and solutions to customer management and technical teams
• Calibrate equipment, program controllers, perform preventative maintenance, and diagnose/resolve issues
• Maintain detailed service reports and manage inventory while following safety protocols
• Support multiple customer sites within the territory and coordinate with sales for optimal service

Job Description

About This Opportunity
We're seeking an experienced Field Service Representative to deliver exceptional on-site technicalservice as the primary technical liaison between Veolia and our industrial customers. You'll workindependently across diverse industries, providing expert installation, maintenance, andtroubleshooting services for chemical feed equipment and water treatment systems while buildinglasting customer relationships through technical excellence.
This position will primarily support a single customer site in the Wichita, KS area, with an on-site schedule Monday through Friday.

What You'll Do

• Technical Service and Installation: Install, commission, and service chemical feed equipment,pumps, controllers, and instrumentation systems at customer locations
• Water Testing and Analysis: Obtain samples and perform water testing to include pH,conductivity, hardness, silica, PTSA, etc and enter data into Veolia’s trending platform(Insight)
• Customer Consultation: Act as technical consultant providing expert recommendations,training, and solutions to customer management and technical teams
• System Optimization & Troubleshooting: Perform water analysis, calibrate equipment,program controllers, conduct preventative maintenance, and diagnose/resolve system issuesthrough remote support technologies and on-site interventions
• Documentation & Compliance: Maintain detailed service reports, inventory management,and ensure all safety protocols are followed
• Territory Management: Support multiple customer sites within assigned territory,coordinating with sales teams for optimal service delivery

Qualifications

What We're Looking For

Education & Experience:

• Technical degree/diploma in Electrical, Electronic Technology, Instrumentation, MechanicalEngineering, or related discipline preferred, a high school diploma or GED is required.
• 2-5 years of experience in instrumentation & electronics, plant operations/maintenance, orequivalent technical training
• Familiarity with water treatment processes and industrial equipment preferred
• A full valid driver's license and willingness to travel (a learner's permit or G1/G2 class will notqualify)

• Computer proficiency and mathematical skills for technical analysis
