Our Field Service Representatives experience a unique opportunity to employ their technical experience by collaborating with healthcare professionals and leading technical initiatives in medical device technology. You will be responsible for installing, updating, completing preventative maintenance, and other services as needed for infusion pumps in hospitals across the United States, while delivering exceptional customer service. This is a great opportunity to advance your technical skills in the medical device industry!

This is a 100% travel position, with an average of 2-4 weeks of travel at a time.

Responsibilities:

• Provide ongoing communication and support to hospital staff.
• Organize, test, and update medical devices, install and configure hardware, software, and network products.
• Conduct routine checks and record data from product tests after installation and configuration.
• Document and submit daily data, maintaining high standards of product support documentation.
• Travel locally, regionally, and nationally; occasional international travel may be required.
• Work a schedule of 40 hours per week, with overtime as needed.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Note: Compliance with client requirements, including full vaccination against Covid-19, may be necessary.

Job Requirements:

• Associate degree, military training, or equivalent biomedical or technical field experience (3-5 years).
• Strong computer skills for troubleshooting and project setup across multiple software platforms.
• Professional communication and business acumen.
• Self-motivated, able to work independently or in teams.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle for local travel.
• Ability to sit, stand for long periods, and lift up to 70 pounds.
• Ability to meet hospital credentialing requirements, including vaccination proof.
• Residence within 45 minutes to 1 hour of an international or major airport; weekly travel required.

Beneficial qualifications include experience in biomedical, networking, military, or technical roles within healthcare, and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
