The Floral Image North America (FINA) Service Representative (CSR) will be responsible for supporting the wider team effort through retaining, refreshing arrangements, and expanding our customer base. CSRs achieve this goal through driving sales, maintaining strong customer relationships, and expanding their customer base. A successful CSR is someone who can adapt to various client scenarios.

Job Description

This role involves daily driving around the Los Angeles area to visit customers. We provide floral arrangements to customers and refresh them monthly. We are looking for someone who:

• Is not tied to an office
• Is active and enjoys being around town
• Enjoys daily face-to-face interactions with customers
• Is comfortable driving predetermined routes
• Loves the aesthetics of flowers

Work Environment

This is a remote/from the road work position, with 100% travel in the LA region. Reps will be provided with a company vehicle and cell phone. The vehicle is branded and used for transporting the products our customers love. Occasionally, this role requires working in a professional offsite office environment where business attire is necessary. Floral Image offers training, full support, and specific skills development in territory planning, customer service, approach, and technology use to ensure a seamless and efficient job experience.
