Job summary

Magid Glove & Safety in Erie, PA is hiring for a full-time team member to restock PPE vending machines, monitor inventory, and perform light maintenance. You will travel between plant buildings, stock PPE, and build positive relationships with customer contacts while delivering outstanding service.

This role offers a 40-hour work week, Monday–Friday, with predictable hours, paid training, and opportunities for growth in a safety-focused, people-first environment.

What You’ll Do

• Restock Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) vending machines with safety products such as gloves, safety glasses, and other equipment.


• Monitor inventory levels and keep products organized.


• Perform basic vending machine maintenance and replace simple parts when needed.


• Transport inventory between storage areas and vending machines.


• Build positive relationships with customer contacts while providing excellent service.

Schedule

This is a full-time position supporting one customer location in Erie, PA, working 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, with service performed between 7:00 AM and 4:00 PM.

The customer operates an older industrial plant consisting of multiple buildings spread across the facility. Currently, there is one vending machine located in each of the plant's five buildings, with plans to significantly expand the vending machine program over time.

This role requires regular movement throughout the facility to service, stock, and maintain vending equipment while providing excellent customer support.

Pay Grade

Requirements

• Reliable vehicle, valid driver's license, and satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report (MVR)

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds


• Ability to work in manufacturing environments that may be noisy or have varying temperatures


• Flexibility to provide on-call support for emergency maintenance and repairs.

Safety Requirements

• Mandatory PPE is required at customer locations. Magid will provide the required PPE.


• Must follow all customer-specific safety procedures and site requirements.
