Job summary

Magid Glove & Safety in Paducah, KY is seeking a Field Service Representative to keep PPE stocked in customer vending machines and ensure supplies are readily available for workers.

You will monitor inventory, perform light vending machine maintenance, move stock between storage and machines, and build positive relationships with customer contacts while delivering friendly, reliable service.

Qualifications

• Reliable vehicle, valid driver's license, and satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report (MVR).
• Personal smartphone.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to work in manufacturing environments that may be noisy or have varying temperatures.
• Flexibility to provide on-call support for emergency maintenance and repairs.

Responsibilities

• Restock Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) vending machines with safety products such as gloves, safety glasses, and other equipment.
• Monitor inventory levels and keep products organized.
• Perform basic vending machine maintenance and replace simple parts when needed.
• Transport inventory between storage areas and vending machines.
• Build positive relationships with customer contacts while providing excellent service.

As a Field Service Representative (FSR), you'll play an important role in keeping workers safe. By making sure our customer vending machines are stocked, organized, and running smoothly, you'll help ensure employees have access to the gloves, safety glasses, and other Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) they need to do their jobs safely – when and where they need it. Your work may happen behind the scenes, but its impact is seen every day.

Schedule

This position supports one customer location.

The role averages approximately 4 to 6 hours per week, with service completed three times per week on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.

Work is scheduled during daytime business hours, allowing flexibility to complete visits based on customer needs.
