Job summary

Magid Glove & Safety is seeking a Field Service Representative to stock PPE vending machines, monitor inventory, and perform basic maintenance at customer sites in Tomah, WI and nearby locations. You will ensure essential PPE is available when needed and provide friendly, professional service at each site.

As a Field Service Representative (FSR), you'll play an important role in keeping workers safe. By making sure our customer vending machines are stocked, organized, and running smoothly, you'll help ensure employees have access to the gloves, safety glasses, and other Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) they need to do their jobs safely - when and where they need it. Your work may happen behind the scenes, but its impact is seen every day.

What You’ll Do

• Restock Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) vending machines with safety products such as gloves, safety glasses, and other equipment
• Monitor inventory levels and keep products organized
• Perform basic vending machine maintenance and replace simple parts when needed
• Transport inventory between storage areas and vending machines
• Build positive relationships with customer contacts while providing excellent service

Schedule

This role supports two customer locations in Tomah, WI and Black River Falls, WI.

Service is performed three days per week: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, with approximately 2 to 3 hours per day. The position averages approximately 8 hours per week.

All service must be completed between 7:00 AM and 4:00 PM, providing flexibility to plan visits within that time frame based on customer needs.

Mileage reimbursement is provided for travel between customer locations in accordance with company policy.

Pay Grade

Requirements

• Reliable vehicle, valid driver's license, and satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report (MVR)
• Personal smartphone
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to work in manufacturing environments that may be noisy or have varying temperatures
• Flexibility to provide on-call support for emergency maintenance and repairs

Safety Requirements

• Mandatory PPE is required at customer locations. Magid will provide the required PPE.
• Must follow all customer-specific safety procedures and site requirements.
