Job summary

Sacbar is seeking a Field Customer Service Supervisor to oversee field CS operations, drive process improvements, and ensure regulatory compliance across meter-to-cash activities. The role includes leading a team, analyzing performance metrics, and coordinating with management to optimize customer service delivery.

Ideal candidates have extensive water industry experience, strong writing skills, and a valid California driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Ten years of progressive water industry experience, including five years in field customer service.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred; high school diploma required as baseline.
• Valid California driver’s license and basic PC skills; strong writing ability.

Responsibilities

• Identify process improvements across CSA and lead implementation.
• Supervise Field Customer Service Specialists and CSC Associates; monitor performance metrics.
• Analyze field service data to improve meter reading, dispatch, and completion routines.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and company policies; coordinate with management and customers.
