Job summary

Qualified candidates have a degree in Engineering, Business, or Marketing with significant aftermarket experience in off-road equipment, and must be located in Florida to operate effectively in

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or Marketing with minimum 3 years of aftermarket support experience in off-road equipment.
• Associate degree in Engineering, Business or Marketing with minimum 6 years of aftermarket experience in off-road equipment.
• High School diploma/GED with minimum 9 years of aftermarket experience in off-road equipment.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate dealer capabilities and develop a service action plan aligned with dealer standards and projected growth.
• Collaborate with national accounts to reduce downtime and provide customer training.
• Evaluate dealer service personnel and training needs to support dealer growth.
• Initiate action plans by comparing knowledge and skills to required capabilities for business growth.
• Provide dealer, customer service and product warranty training.
• Evaluate warranty impact on dealer performance and customer satisfaction, and review product failures and warranty costs.
• Resolve product quality or performance issues within the specified timeframe and relay findings to Region Service Manager.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or Marketing

Associate degree in Engineering, Business or Marketing
