Responsibilities

• Field measure all sites and compare measurements to plans to ensure order accuracy.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers.
• Monitor status of building progress for assigned locations and ensure field measurements and install lead times.
• Coordinate with sales and Order Specialist if measurements do not align with plan.
• Coach Installers and Service Technicians as needed.
• Deliver and install parts following initial installation.
• Perform quality walks and prepare punch lists at job sites in Salesforce.
