Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required with two years of customer service/field service experience.
• Completion of Truss Technician Training I and II preferred.
• Experience with building products and on-site customer support is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Investigates/examines the condition of building products at the customer site at all construction stages; reports findings.
• Recommends replacement or repair of defective components based on efficiency and cost guidelines; assists junior reps.
• Negotiates and approves third-party repair/adjustment; inspects completed work for quality adherence.
• May provide training to less experienced Field Service Reps.
• Plans and paces own work to meet daily, weekly, project, or team productivity goals.
• Observes safety procedures; attends safety meetings; may suggest improvements.
• Other duties may be assigned.
