Qualifications

• Apprentice certified power generation/electrical technician preferred.
• Vocational diploma from a technical institution is required or preferred.
• Electrical certifications current and valid for the role.
• Local driving permit is required for field service work.

Responsibilities

• Diagnoses and completes repairs on generators and components at customer sites.
• Engages with customers in a courteous and professional manner.
• Performs maintenance/repairs using diagnostic tools.
• Maintains detailed service records and documentation.
• Adheres to health, safety & environmental policies.
• Pursues ongoing development and certifications on Cummins products.
• Maintains own tools and equipment for field work.
