1. Growing and leading our Plumbing Division
2. Installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems while diagnosing and troubleshooting issues
3. Selling plumbing work on current jobs and new business
4. Developing strategies for growing our plumbing business in this market
5. Building and leading a high-performance team of plumbers
6. Training, mentoring, and guiding technicians
7. Communicating and collaborating with other departments about our plumbing offerings

Skills and Experience we are looking for:

• Experience in the plumbing trade
• Certified or licensed plumber (helpful but not required)
