Key Responsibilities:

• Growing and Turning the wrench for our Plumbing Division
• Installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems while diagnosing and troubleshooting issues
• Selling plumbing work on current jobs and new business
• Developing strategy for growing our plumbing business in this market
• Building and leading a high-performance team of plumbers
• Training, mentoring, and guiding current and new technicians
• Communicating and training other departments on our plumbing offerings and their importance

Skills and Experience we're looking for:

• Years of experience in the plumbing trade
• Certified or licensed plumber (Helpful but not required)
• Strong leadership skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
