PepsiCo Supply Chain is seeking a role focused on purchasing and inventory management of parts for marketing equipment across the United States. You will source parts, support field technicians, and manage inventory to stay aligned with budgets and parts flow.

The position involves communicating with customers and suppliers, creating reports, and ensuring timely processing of orders. Candidates should be proficient in Microsoft Office and purchasing systems and be able to work in an open office

Formación

• HS Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Competency with Microsoft Office and purchasing programs.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
• Open office environment.

Responsabilidades

• Communicate clearly with internal and external customers.
• Provide support through conference calls, emails, and team meetings.
• Assess inventory levels to determine inaccuracies and shrinkage.
• Create reports for field locations to promote meeting parts line budgets.
• Analyze inventories to provide replenishment of parts bi-weekly and minimize stock issues.
• Complete parts requests from the field using internal ordering files and inventory applications.
• Purchase parts from the lowest cost and most efficient supplier and close orders in a timely manner.
• Participate in department meetings and events.
• Train cross functionally within PES Parts department.
