Job summary

MIRATECH is seeking a Field Service Support Supervisor in Tulsa, OK to oversee the daily operations of the Field Service support team and coordinate service scheduling, documentation, and administration. You will work closely with Field Service Management, Project Management, and technicians to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant service delivery.

The role requires 7–10 years in field service coordination, proven leadership, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of experience in field service coordination or related roles.
• Previous supervisory or team-lead experience preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Proficient with Windows OS and MS Office applications.
• Experience with Salesforce Field Service (SFS) or similar service management software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Field Service support personnel including dispatchers and administrators.
• Coordinate daily workflow, staffing priorities, and task assignments for the Field Service support team.
• Oversee scheduling and dispatch within Salesforce Field Service (SFS).
• Monitor Field Service Hotline and direct calls appropriately.
• Support technicians with scheduling, documentation, and coordination.
• Maintain service documentation, workbooks, reports, and filing systems.
• Generate reports and provide operational updates to management.
• Continuously evaluate processes and recommend improvements.
