Job summary

Clean Harbors in South Plainfield, NJ is seeking a Field Service Coordinator responsible for directing employees and resources to perform field service operations including tank cleaning, equipment and facility decontamination and emergency response.

You will oversee field service technicians and drivers, enforce health and safety policies, coordinate schedules and equipment, and manage on-call coverage to ensure timely responses.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in environmental field service operations.
• Knowledge of Clean Harbors Field Services.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage field crews and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure Health and Safety is the top priority on all projects.
• Manage field service projects and emergency responses.
• Direct Field Service Technicians and Drivers.
• Coordinate on-call coverage and communications.
• Inspect Service Center property for compliance.
• Maintain equipment, inventory, and DOT logs.
