Responsabilités

• Recruit, interview, hire and onboard technicians.
• Coordinate with dispatch to assign the right technicians to each job.
• Identify training needs and coach technicians for growth.
• Ensure OSHA, safety and company standards are followed.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and controllable expenses.
• Partner with sales and leadership to improve operations.
