• Managing Work Orders: opening/closing orders and tracking progress.
• Dispatching and Workflow Management: assign techs and manage schedules.
• Deliver Top-Notch service to customers: clear, timely communication during repairs.
• Communication: keep team and customers aligned and informed.
• Team Management and Development: mentor and grow techs.
• Customer Service and Relationship Building: ensure customer satisfaction.
• Leadership Abilities: take on leadership responsibilities and grow.
• Customer Service Skills: focus on excellent customer experiences.
• Tech-Savvy: comfortable with computers and new systems.
• Experience: familiarity with the industry is a plus, but training is provided.
• Communication: clear writing and verbal skills.
• Pace: thrive in a fast-moving environment with shifting priorities.
• Valid Work Authorization: able to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
