Job summary

You will collaborate with project managers, Smart Hands, and BOA teams to deliver on-site service, meet SLAs and resolve issues efficiently.

The role requires hands-on experience with low‑voltage cabling, switches, routers and Wi‑Fi systems, plus a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
• Must have basic cabling tools and technician tools.
• Experience in data communications and networks.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day service operations for installations and deployments.
• Coordinate with project managers and BOA teams.
• Install and test network assets in data centers and closets.
• Troubleshoot cabling infrastructure systems and perform repairs.
• Support project planning, resource allocation and on-site tasks.
