Wärtsilä North America is seeking a Service Technician, Mechanical to join our dynamic Field Service team. You will perform advanced mechanical, electronic and automation troubleshooting on reciprocating internal combustion engines and related equipment.

1–2 years of field service experience with RICE engines is preferred, plus strong English communication and the ability to work at customer sites with significant travel.

Formación

• 1-2 years of field service experience on RICE engines and related systems.
• Experience with diesel/heavy fuel engines and fuel systems.
• Strong English verbal and written communication.

Responsabilidades

• Perform Field Service activities according to the work plan and tasks.
• Assist in technical advisory for repairs on customers' responsibility.
• Interact with customers during work execution.
• Report to local team leader and generate Service Work Reports as needed.
• Ensure work adheres to Wärtsilä quality, health and environmental guidelines.
