Responsibilities

• Maximize equipment up-time through timely response and effective repair.
• Assist with the development of FSATs and FSTs assigned to the Field Service Team.
• Manage the utilization of assets to achieve targeted financial results.
• Analyze customer needs and recognize business opportunities.
• Communicate and interact positively with customers and teams.
• Complete all administrative tasks on time and accurately.
• Provide call close information and parts usage reporting.
• Support UBEO BUSINESS SERVICES and the service organization.
