The Manager will collaborate with Accounting/Finance, Sales, and Human Resources to align goals and ensure excellent customer support.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the Testing Department.
• Assist Operations Manager with project percentage of completion, billing meetings, and best practices.
• Prepare reports and debriefs for Operations.
