Job summary

POWERX is seeking a Field Service Supervisor to lead a team of field service technicians, ensuring safe, efficient operations and compliance with company policies. The role requires 2+ years in Electrical Testing/Engineering and preferred POWERX Field Services experience, with a focus on safety training, data sheet usage, and customer service excellence.

Applicants must have a high school diploma and relevant certifications, with travel up to 50% and strong leadership capabilities to support

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in the Electrical Testing or Engineering field.
• 1 year of successful experience in POWERX Field Services preferred.
• Current OSHA 30 Hour, MSHA, NFPA-70E, CPR/First Aid/AED training preferred.
• Prior supervisory experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of assigned field service team to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Provide training, guidance, and performance feedback to direct reports.
• Ensure quality and timeliness of work and adherence to policies.
• Coordinate with customers and internal teams on change orders and job scope.
