Qualifications

• 5+ years of GCMS/GCMSMS/GC-TOF or LCMS experience preferred.
• Technical background in mass spectrometry instrumentation.
• Proven experience in service operations or field service management.
• Strong organizational and scheduling skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience managing remote teams and field-based personnel.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule all U.S. field service calls to ensure efficient execution.
• Monitor daily service activity and address scheduling or completion issues.
• Directly manage U.S.-based Field Service Engineers (FSEs), both remote and at headquarters.
• Lead onboarding and development of new FSEs.
• Plan and implement the annual training schedule for Field Service teams.
• Collaborate with Global Technical Support & Training Manager on shared initiatives.
