Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with GCMS, GCMSMS, or GC-TOF (preferred) or LCMS equivalents.
• Technical background in mass spectrometer instrumentation.
• Experience in service operations, field service management, or related leadership role.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule all U.S. field service calls for timely execution.
• Directly manage U.S.-based Field Service Engineers (FSEs) and onboarding.
• Plan annual training for Field Service teams and support international programs.
• Monitor service quality, analyze data, and drive continuous improvement.
• Oversee maintenance plan updates, renewals, and sales support activities.
• Collaborate with Global Technical Support & Training Manager on shared initiatives.
