ALWINE SECURITY LLC, a locally owned security installation company serving Brownstown, PA, seeks a driven Field Service Manager to lead the service team. You will oversee installation, maintenance, and repair of alarms, CCTV, and access control, while ensuring high-quality service calls and timely work orders.

The role requires 3+ years in security systems and prior supervisory experience; strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in security systems installation, service, or a related technical field.
• Prior supervisory or management experience leading technical teams.
• Hands-on knowledge of alarm systems, CCTV, access control, and low-voltage wiring.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in a field service environment.
• Excellent communication and customer-facing skills.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required.
• Relevant industry certifications (ESA, NICET, or similar) a plus.
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise technical service technicians, scheduling, and field operations.
• Oversee installation, maintenance, and repair of security systems including alarms, cameras, and access control.
• Serve as the primary point of escalation for complex technical service issues.
• Ensure timely and high-quality completion of service calls and work orders.
